I played a show at Mead’s Corner last night with my new guitar. It was fun playing a show; we haven’t really gotten to play a show in a while. On top of finishing my personal album, my band is writing an album as well. We will be recording it very soon.
After the show, my band mates and I went on a little camping trip. It was simply one of the best nights I’ve had in a while. We just talked about little stuff and just enjoyed the outdoors. We slept on the grass with some blankets, well, until it started to rain. Regardless of the rain, it was still a fun time.
My personal album will take a couple weeks/months to finish the mixing portion depending on how efficient my schedule blends in with my free time. Mixing will take the longest out of all the things I do to the songs. As I said in my last post, the total running time is approximately 53 minutes. Currently I have 16 songs to mix; there may be more songs I add along the way when I finish though. I am still unsure about a release date.
